Bistro @ The Peech is a chic restaurant situated in The Peech Hotel,
Melrose and which overlooks the hotel’s pool & landscaped gardens.
Recently renovated to now have sandstone floors, deep leather
couches and a walk-in wine cellar, the bistro is a popular local
eatery. Head chef, Greg Jardim regularly changes his menu whose
focus is on flavour and polished simplicity. The bistro is open seven
days a week for all meals.
